Open new horizons
The ParaKite fuses kite and paraglider into a new class: true 3D control, an extended wind range and speed a paraglider can’t reach. Two models — from a forgiving entry to uncompromising performance.
Launch offerBetween kite and paraglider — and better where it matters
A paraglider steers mainly in the horizontal plane. A ParaKite gives you one more axis: through angle of attack you control the canopy in three dimensions. That not only extends the usable wind window — it opens an entirely new way to fly: dynamic, precise and close to the terrain.
Why a ParaKite
Fly any day
Fly even when conditions are no longer suitable for a paraglider.
Soar in light winds
Use very light coastal winds well beyond the limits of conventional paragliders.
Extended wind range
Confident across a broader range — from light coastal lift to stronger winds.
Builds pilot skills
Coordination, precision and confidence — transferring directly to paragliding.
Fun for everyone
Suitable for beginners, families and experienced pilots alike.
Wider speed bandwidth
From very slow to 80+ km/h in one canopy.
Built for more — speed, range and true 3D control.
The NRG Loop is the highest-performing ParaKite in the range: a compact 4-line architecture that stays profile-stable across an exceptionally wide speed range. For pilots who take proximity flying, speed flying and extended wind windows on the slope seriously.
The technology behind the performance
Inspired by APCO’s proven NRG philosophy, every innovation has a purpose. From advanced riser architecture and adaptive control systems to refined aerodynamics, each feature works together for faster response, greater efficiency and predictable handling across the entire speed range.
A.C.T — Adaptive Camber Transmission
A 4-line architecture developed specifically for high-performance ParaKites, continuously supporting the wing profile across the whole speed range. Direct feedback, linear brake response and an extended usable speed range create a dynamic yet predictable flying experience.

Optimized profile support -
Wider speed range -
Direct & linear feel -
High-lift performance
Trim-Lock System
The pilot mechanically secures the main toggles directly to the A-risers, holding the wing at its optimised trim position. Through a dedicated split-control cascade, smooth and intuitive steering is retained — efficient high-speed flight with reduced pilot workload.
-
Secure trim position -
Full steering authority -
Balanced control inputs -
Reduced pilot workload
True 4-line control
Instead of braking via the trailing edge, you steer the ParaKite through angle of attack at the risers — full three-dimensional control rather than only the horizontal plane of a paraglider.
Reflex airfoil
The reflex-stable airfoil resists frontal collapses even at high speeds and extends the usable wind window well beyond that of a conventional paraglider.

From your first launch to pro level — a ParaKite that grows with you.
The Bunny Hop is the most accessible entry into the ParaKite world and still stays engaging for a long time. Its Gear Shift System lets you choose the brake ratio — from soft and forgiving to direct and sporty, with no tools required.
The technology behind the performance
Derived from the proven F3, the Bunny Hop combines forgiving handling with genuine ParaKite character. At its heart is the Gear Shift System, which adapts the wing to your skill — not the other way around.
Gear Shift System
Every Bunny Hop ships with a complete Gear Shift kit. Choose your brake ratio — 1:4, 1:3 or 1:2 — to match skill and terrain. Soft and forgiving while learning, direct and sporty when you are ready. Switchable without tools.

Forgiving launch behaviour
A balanced canopy with good-natured inflation — easy to control on the ground too, so you can focus on flying.
Reflex airfoil
The Bunny Hop also uses the reflex-stable airfoil for a wide, safe wind window and calm behaviour at higher speeds.

Frequently asked
Getting started
What is a ParaKite?
A ParaKite is an innovative hybrid wing that combines the stability and control of a kite with the performance and safety of a modern paraglider. It’s designed for dynamic low-altitude flying, slope soaring and proximity (terrain) flying — easily manoeuvrable even at higher speeds.
How does it work?
Unlike traditional paragliders, the ParaKite uses a dedicated riser system instead of standard brakes. Rather than pulling the trailing edge, you control the angle of attack of the whole wing via handles connected to the risers through a pulley system — changing the wing’s pitch for precise speed and altitude control. The reflex airfoil keeps the wing highly stable and resistant to frontal collapses.
Who is it for?
For pilots seeking fast, dynamic and playful flight: proximity and terrain flyers who want to carve close to the ground, slopes and contours, plus dune and winter-sports riders soaring coastal dunes or flying down snowy slopes on skis/snowboard. The Bunny Hop offers a forgiving entry, the NRG Loop full performance.
How is it different from a kite (kitesurf/snowkite)?
Purpose: kites generate traction, pulling a rider across water, snow or land. A ParaKite is made for free flight — it lifts the pilot off the ground for dynamic soaring and proximity flying. Control: kites use a bar with depower; ParaKites use a harness and risers like a paraglider, giving full 3D control. It’s larger, uses a reflex airfoil and carries the pilot’s full weight in the air. In short: not a traction kite, but real flight.
How is it different from paragliding?
A ParaKite gives you full 3D control, whereas a paraglider is steered only in the horizontal plane (left/right) plus very limited braking. Paragliders are optimised for slow flight and thermals; ParaKites for a much wider speed range and stronger winds where paragliders would become unusable. Flying style: high-altitude cross-country vs. dynamic proximity flying along dunes, ridges and slopes.
Do I need flying experience?
Prior paragliding or speed-flying experience is strongly recommended. The Bunny Hop’s Gear Shift System eases the entry but does not replace solid training.
Flying & training
Can it improve my paragliding skills?
Absolutely. Many pilots use ParaKites to develop canopy control and confidence in the air — the active, three-dimensional steering sharpens timing and feel and transfers directly to paragliding.
Can I fly it in strong winds?
That is exactly what it is made for. The reflex-stable airfoil and wide speed bandwidth extend the usable wind window well beyond a paraglider.
Is it suitable for snow or beach?
One important clarification: a ParaKite is not a traction kite. It won’t pull you along flat ground — you can’t ‘kite’ standing still on a flat beach or snow field. Its strength is dynamic proximity flying down snow slopes on skis/snowboard and soaring for hours along dune and snow ridges.
